Prantilla:
Edital- original post at User_talk:Better#Prantilla:
Hi, on this wiki many pages are starting with Prantilla:. But these pages are in article namespace (ns 0) and not template namespace (ns 10) [1]. But they seem to be used like templates. That's causing problems on local and bot config. e.g. Special:Disambiguations and interwikis having throuble with this because these cross namespace links. If Prantilla should be the localized name of the template namespace please file a bug report at bugzilla: and ask for renameing template namespace. "Template:" and "Prantilla:" can be used without these redirects for every template after the change. Merlissimo 04:08, 30 Marçu 2010 (UTC)
- I have seen your request, but I have never filled a request a request at bugzilla, and there is are no local active burocrates anymore. So could you do the wikipedia community here a big favour and do the steps needed. Carsrac 17:22, 5 Noviembri 2010 (UTC)
- Hi Carsrac. Can you confirm, that "Prantilla" is a generic and proper translation for "Template" in ext language? If yes, I will do all is needed to make "Prantilla" an alias for "Template". Raymond 15:48, 7 Noviembri 2010 (UTC)
- "Prantilla" is used here as "Template". So guess that answers is yes, but I'm not an ext speaker so I guess we need to hear an ext speaker for this also. Carsrac 14:42, 8 Noviembri 2010 (UTC)
- Ext is very close to spanish. So using the spanish word "Prantilla" is better then the english word. Carsrac 14:45, 8 Noviembri 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks for the info. The Spanish translation uses "Plantilla", see MessagesEs.php, line 78. Before I add a new translation and ask the server admins to run a conversion script I would like to be for 99.000% sure ;-) Raymond 15:02, 8 Noviembri 2010 (UTC)

- The translation of the estremaduran word prantilla in spanish is plantilla. So with the sources I have (ext.wiki) I can say that the correct spelling is Prantillia. So that 99.000% is 99.9% in my book. Carsrac 17:44, 8 Noviembri 2010 (UTC)

Namespace committed with rev:76330 and Bugzilla:25841 filed to sync the change. Don't know when this will happen. Raymond 19:57, 8 Noviembri 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks. Could you leave a message here at the moment it has happened, then I can check if the ns space prantilla: of ext.wiki works like it should work. Carsrac 03:44, 9 Noviembri 2010 (UTC)
- The change is live now. Please see comment 1 of the bug for duplicate pages now. A local admin should clean up this now. Raymond 13:47, 25 Noviembri 2010 (UTC)
